REFLECTIONS
Experience
Exploring the eight typographic systems in Exercise 1 helped me
better comprehend their roles while learning how to utilize the
Shape Builder tool to combine and modify shapes was quite useful in
creating fonts. Overall, these exercises improved my design
abilities and confidence.
Observation
I often stayed in my comfort zone while doing tasks, but I realise I
should push myself harder next time in order to progress and gain new
abilities. Stepping above known limitations will allow me to discover
fresh ideas and increase my creativity.
Findings
Mastering tools like the Shape Builder accelerated my design process
while also allowing for greater creativity and consistency in typeface
development.
