Then, I prepared Canva Slides according to my
responsibilities as an Art Director:
- Select costumes together with the Director (Angel). Then, show Mr Martin the photos of actors with selected costumes, full body and half body.
- Costume preferably not black nor white to avoid overexposed and underexposed.
- Prepare all props.

Progress:
1) Pre-production
I answered the questions in the proposal that was provided by Mr
Martin. Out of my list of 3 favourite video trends, I chose
Process/How To Videos for video shoots. I'll do the
time-lapse of "Organising and Cleaning The Room" with voiceover updates.
Figure P2B.1: Insta/TikTok Treatment, Week 4 (17/05/2024)
To make sure the proposal is acceptable, I asked for feedback from Mr
Martin. He said the idea was acceptable, but try to add humour to the
video clip, or else it is too weak. After that, I prepared
storyboards for the entire guide for Project 2B. For your info, I might
make some changes during the production shoot and post-production since
this storyboard was only a draft/overall guide.
Figure P2B.2: Storyboard, Week 8 (11/06/2024)
Then, I downloaded the memes/images, sound effects, and music as the
editing materials.

I was writing the 'To Do List' for the video
shoot.
Week 9 (20/06/2024)
Post-production
After I was done with the production shoot,
I started to do the voiceovers and uploaded
them into Google Drive.
Then, I imported the videos and voiceovers
to Premiere Pro to trim the video and sync
the audio.
I added the editing materials such as
memes/images, sound effects, and music.
Figure P2B.8: Adding The Editing
Materials, Week 9 (20/06/2024)
I also added the captions to the videos.
Figure P2B.9: Captions, Week 9
(20/06/2024)
I edited the audio to make it more
'dramatic'.
Figure P2B.10: Edit Audio, Week 9
(20/06/2024)
I colour-corrected and colour-graded some
video clips as well.
Figure P2B.11: Colour Correct, Week 9
(20/06/2024)
Figure P2B.12: Colour Grade, Week 9

Lastly, I used the Effect Controls to add
the motion such as scale and anchor point.
Figure P2B.13: Effect Controls, Week 9
(20/06/2024)
I got feedback from Mr Martin, he said that
some scenes look like raw videos (high
exposure), and need to do the colour
correction. So I did the colour correction
again.

FEEDBACKS
Week 7 (07/06/2024)
Specific Feedback: It is acceptable for the chosen
idea, but try to add humour to the video clip, or else it is too weak.
General Feedback: The video length is around 50 seconds to 1
minute.
Week 9 (21/06/2024)
Specific Feedback: Some scenes look like raw
videos (high exposure), and need to do the colour correction.
REFLECTIONS
Experience
I enjoyed Project 2B, the Insta/TikTok Proposal, the most from Project 2
because it allowed me to create any content I wanted. I chose to focus on
room organization and cleaning, which was a great idea because I could
clean my room while filming video content. I also had the opportunity to
add humor with memes, sound effects, music, and more. I would say this is
the best project I've done so far.
